Fira Store, a trade fair venue webshop

The project creates a new online platform where exhibitors of trade fair shows can purchase/rent everything they need for their booth. The usability and customer experience had to match the standards from a design and customer journey perspective in the current e-commerce industry.

We worked closely with the Servifira team to create a new brand platform to set the framework to grow and scale. The new design system is built as an open catalogue where customers, unlike most of the webshops in trade fair venues, can browse products and create wishlist and carts prior to signing in. The client is seduced thanks to powerful visual elements and a simple navigation journey. The corporate Servifira orange color was kept as a key visual and it was combined with additional blue color palette to have a wider range of imagery.

The project met the customers and clients’ needs accordingly, moving beyond a set of brand and visual assets. The goal was to reduce the number of steps in order to reach the basket and paying platform. We reduced the distance between a regular trade fair website and the contemporary e-commerce industry.
